Adai mix (1 Kg)

1. Take required quantity of Adai mix in a mixing bowl.

2. Add salt as needed ,water and make a lumpfree batter .

3. To the batter add finely chopped curryleaves, corriander leaves, cabbage/onions /carrots etc .

4. Spread the Adai on a preheated tawa and cook well on both sides.
