Pesarettu Dosa Mix (500 g)

1.Make a lump free batter by adding reqd amount of salt and water.

2. Add some finely chopped curryleaves, ginger,corriander leaves to the batter.

3.Spread pesarettu on a pre heated tawa ,sprinkle some onions over the pesarettu and roast well until crisp .

4. Stuff some upma in the pesarettu to enjoy MLA pesarettu.
