How to make Kanji?

Take the required quantity of Kanji powder in a sauce pan.
Add water and make a lump free mixture .
Cook on medium flame ,stirring at intervals until the mixture turns thick and resembles a kanji/porridge .
Cool for a few mins,add milk /buttermilk and enjoy .
You may add salt or sugar as you please for added taste .
